Masseria Pilapalucci is a founding
member of the
Praesidium of Slow
Food.
The
Praesidium promotes
the delicious local almonds
named “Filippo Cea” and “Antonio Devito”.
Pilapalucci hosts a living museum of almonds trees,
including several ancient varieties.
A delicious dish which has been handed down in our family is
Cavatelli alle mandorle,
homemade
pasta with an almond pesto.
